JAMES LEON JOHNSON,age 60, of Gainesville, GA, passed away on June 15, 2011. He was a graduate of Wenonah High School, Class of 1969. His survivors include: mother, Ruth B. Johnson of Bessemer; daughter, Venessia Johnson of Riverdale, GA; sons, Byron (Tonya) Johnson of Marrietta, GA and Marcus Johnson of College Park, GA; sisters, Shirley J. Bennett of Midfield, Bettye J. (Greg) Jones of Birmingham, Roslyn (Charles) Cox of Birmingham; brothers, Charles E. (Janice) Johnson of Bessemer, and Gregory Johnson of Birmingham; special cousin and caregiver, Tommy (Dorothy) Johnson of Dacula, GA; a special companion, Debra Saari of Gainesville, GA. Funeral services will be held at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church (Martintown, AL) on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. with burial in Highland Memorial Gardens. Rev. Morgan A.
