After I retire, I plan to visit Paris France,London England, and take a short term mission trip to Africa to share the gospel to them that are lost. Since, I left Wenonah, I can look back over my life and thank God for all of the teachers who took time to invest in me and encourage me. When I went back, after 30 years, to pursue my education, it was not difficult, because of the foundation that was already laid. After I received my master's degree, it provided an opportunity for me to get a promotion on my job. I also travel from state to state with the Illinois Baptist State Association to provide training at different churches. Not only do I train teachers, but I am also an inspirational speaker for Women Day programs, workshops, seminars and conferences. All I can say is God is good! |
