The Wenonah High School Grand Alumni Association will observe the Centennial celebration for Wenonah High School this year. We have chosen as our theme: “ The First 100 Years.” Various activities have been scheduled throughout this year. Included in these activities is a Gala Banquet, a Black Tie affair, which has been scheduled for December 1, 2017, 7:00 p.m. which will culminate our celebration. This banquet will be held at the Harbert Center located at 2019 – 4th Avenue North, Birmingham. The cost to attend the banquet is $50.00. It is our desire that Wenonians from across the country will attend this affair, as well as all other planned activities. We’re asking each class to participate in this Centennial celebration, by pledging your support of $20.17. This donation will help to defray the expenses we anticipate with each activity. Instead of establishing the popular “Go Fund Account”, we thought our own page would be more personable. A special effort form has been placed on each class’s page, in order that we may receive your donation. The Itinerary of all activities is posted on our web site. As graduates of Wenonah High School, we are sure that you share our enthusiasm in planning for this celebration. Therefore, we take pride in asking for your cooperation in this endeavor.
