RANDALL GATSON, SR., 56, of Birmingham took rest from his labor on May 18, 2011. He was a 1973 graduate of Wenonah and retired from U.S. Steel after 32 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Burn and Minnie Gatson and brother, Burn Gatson, Jr. Survivors are: children, April, Randall II and Daniel Gatson, two grandsons, siblings, Ethel (John) Potts, Carrie Gatson, Curtis (Yolanda) Gatson and Bernard (Ramona) Gatson. Celebration of life is Friday, May 27, 2011 at 11am at Roosevelt City Church of Christ with burial in Valhalla Cemetery. Brother Elijah Anthony Officiating. Visitation is Thursday at the church from 6 - 8. It has been a privilege to serve the Gatson Family. > Obituary
