Inhumation follows at Valhalla. She was a 1973 graduate of Wenonah High School and retired Unit Secretary from UAB Medical Center. "Jessie" was a lifelong member of Mount Olive Baptist Church; her devotion to the church family was evidenced by her labor as teacher of the Sunday School and Standard Bible Class, Choir member and preparer of the church bulletin. She was widow of Bobby Honeycutt and was predeceased by her step-father, Percy Herrod. Beautiful memories linger with her children, Nicole and Marco Boggan; the mother, Rosella Herrod; siblings, Rose (Lee) Donald, Dwight (Cora) Gulley and Jerome (Marva) Donald; grandchildren, Khiref, Nicholas, Timothy and Kayland Boggan; a sisterly aunt, Anna (Leroy) Madison; aunt, Lillie (Wayne) Little; special niece, Tiffany Wormely; special friend, Evelyn Evans and other relatives.
