SMITH, MS. VICKY D., age 52, of Birmingham, AL passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2009. Vicky was employed at Blue Cross Blue Shield Of Alabama for over 20 years. She was Executive Director of "Steps and Traditions Foundation, Inc." Vicky was a member of Greater New Antioch Baptist Church of Ensley. Vicky was a 1976 graduate of Jackson Olin High School. She received her Bachelors degree from Sanford University. She is survived by two brothers; and one sister; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 10, at 12:00 noon at Greater New Antioch Baptist Church. Pastor E. O. Jackson Officiating. Burial in George W. Carver Cemetery.
