Life Celebration is 11:00 Friday at New Pilgrim Baptist, 708 Goldwire Place, SW Birmingham 35211. Pastor J.H. Brooks, Celebrant. Inhumation follows at Elmwood. He was a lifelong member of New Pilgrim Baptist and graduate of Wenonah High School, Class of 1976. Reginald was a retiree of EBSCO Media. He was predeceased by his birth mother, Mary E. Long Moore and sister, Barbara Taylor. Beautiful memories remain with his wife, Cynthia Jackson Tipton; sons, Reginald, Jr. (April), Christopher and Robert (Stephanie) Tipton; parents, Herman and Altha Tipton; brothers, Erskine Long and Charlie Morrow; aunt, Ann Braggs; mother-in-law, Betty Clark; grandchildren, Aiyana, Shannon, Brooklynn, Keyno, Quick, Jett, Kenneth and Amaya. Family Visitation is 5:00 until 7:00 Thursday. Calling Hours at Johnson Memorial, Bessemer, Thursday Noon until 9:00.
