March 23, 1962 – January 8, 2018 Charles was born in Birmingham Alabama and was preceded in death by his mother Gladys Boyd and Father Charles E Boyd Sr. and two brothers. He was a graduate of Wenonah High School class of 1980; where he was in the marching band. He later joined the United States Army in 1982 and served his country in Kuwait and played in the Military band until retirement in 1992. Graveside service today, Friday, January 19th. at 11:45 AM.
