JEFFREY DEON WORMLEY, age 47, of Birmingham, died Wednesday, February 10, 2010. He was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Tarpley City. He was a graduate of Wenonah High School. Survivors include daughter, Jacqueline Thomas; sons, Justin and Jonathan Thomas; loving and devoted mother, Shirley Wormley; sisters, Stephanie Davis, Chanté Clark (Dexter) and Vickie Michael (Lawrence); brother, Johnny Middlebrook.
