Tony Carter was the oldest child born to William & Claudette Carter Jr. He was a graduate of Wenonah High School, class of 1982. He worked over 20 years with Alagasco Corporation, and was a joy to be around. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Janice Carter; mother, Claudette Carter; daughter, Tonecia Carter; son, Andrew Carter; step-daughter, Natasha Jones-Moore; brother, William (Angie) Carter III; sister, Jacques (Patrick) Debrow, 6 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, & friends. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 22, 2014, at 1PM at Doers of the Word where Rev John C. Thedford is pastor. Burial will follow at Forest Grove Memorial Gardens. Repast will be at Mt Zion Ishkooda Baptist Church. Obituary
