Viewing Sunday, January 12, 2020 at Roberts Chapel 9am until 2pm funeral service at Roberts Chapel. LaChris was born February 20, 1979 in Jefferson County, AL, to the late Teresa G. Gibson and Lenzy Kirksey.  She was the third of four children.  She was a graduate of Wenonah High School, Class of 1995.  She accepted Christ at an early age and became a member of First Baptist Church Mason City under the leadership of the late Rev. William Perry.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Teresa Gibson, great uncle, Steven Gibson and great aunt, Christine Walker.  LaChris is survived by her daughter, Jalecia Gibson; two sisters, Tesa Kemp and Lisa Gibson, brother, Lenzy Gibson; grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
