Dale Turman, of Saint Charles, MO, died on Tuesday, June 28, 2016, at the age of 65. Loving husband of Barbara Ann Turman; beloved son of the late Roscoe Nathan and Dorothy Mae Turman; devoted father of Benjamin Turman and Matthew (Rachel) Turman; dear brother of Charles Turman; cherished grandfather of Olivia Evan Turman. He is preceded in death by his son, David Turman; and his siblings, Nadene Sowell and Joey Turman.
Dale enjoyed golfing, archery, and was a big fan of Virginia Tech Football. Dale was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Vicki and I were lucky enough to see Dale and his boys when his father passed away. I was stationed with Dale in Texas and when I moved to a base in Kansas, he would ride his motorcycle up to visit occasionally. When he met Barb and married her he was so happy. He was discharged before me, but when I got out, we renewed our friendship with him and Barb in Blacksburg. After the passing of their baby, they moved to MO which was closer to Barbs family. We stayed in touch through e-mail and Christmas cards. When we visited with him at his fathers funeral we had him talked into attending our 50th reunion provided his health permitted. Our loss is that he did not get to renew some very old and dear friendships. Dale seamed to always be smileing, and he was a joy to be around. We miss him alot. Al
