Patti, Isn't it wonderful that you will get to see Marilyn again? This reunion isn't about who made the most money. It isn't about fame and fortune. It's about Patti and Marilyn and so many others finally taking the time out of their lives to reach out and find each other again. We all tend to say "One of these days, I will contact my old friend." Then it never happens and you regret it in the future. This is that time. Make your plans to attend. You will love it and cherish this gathering for years to come.

You may be surprised to hear this but I have never been to one of my own reunions. It was for many bad reasons. Gained too much weight. Didn't want to see who would show up in a mink coat. Lost my hair. (laugh). Yet every time we had one, I found myself curious to know what I missed. I WAS WRONG! If this will be your first, you will find that you missed so much in the past. Take advantage this time. This is the biggest reunion this class will have. 50 years is a long time. Sure there will be some in the future but not like this. Do yourself a favor, make this a priority. We want you.

We have made a change on the menu board. Aegis and Sports are now both under Aegis and More. That is an area where anyone can post, load pictures, and comment on things already posted in there. Have fun with it and also chat on the Message Board. It can be fun.

The information for reserving hotel rooms for the 50th Reunion went out in email this morning. If you have any questions, ask them on this forum so everyone can see the answers. It's getting close. :-)

It looks like we have found Terry Murch and Ted Campbell. Keep the clues coming. They do help. Also I would advise you NOT to call Jim Vessell. He isn't interested. :)

This is a message from Stephen Ringler:

The BHS Class of '62 was the first class to go all three years at the new high school giving us bragging rights as "The first fully attended class of the modern BHS era."
We also boast being the creators of the modern/current official BHS emblem seen above, selected and voted on by the 1962 Student Council. Happy 50th all around! -Stephen Ringler..

This icon means the classmate is planning to attend the 50th reunion. You will find that in the profiles. At the top of the profiles, you can click on that icon and the entire list of classmates attending will come up. Spouses will not show and are not in the count.

Sadly we received word that Bob Singletary, Sandy's brother, died August 8 of cancer. He was living in Florida. Bob was a great artist. Google him. God bless Sandy and the Singletary family.

47 have confirmed they are coming to the reunion. We know lots more are planning to but haven't confirmed yet. I think we will have near 150 by reunion time.

Milan:

I think you have done a wonderful job.  Really enjoyed the "trip down Memory Lane" with all the photos you have recently added.  I agree wit you when you said Casella's had the best Pizza in town.  I think my parents probably contributed to a couple of re-modeling jobs for them because my brothers and I ate so much pizza from there.  Keep up the good work.  I'm really enjoying all your efforts.
