Charles A. Clark passed away on Nov. 29, 2018. He was a Vietnam Veteran. He married Diane Frazee of Park Rapids, had three children and 12 grandchildren. He will be missed by all who knew him. A celebration of life will be held at the Park Rapids American Legion on Dec. 30 at 1:00 p.m. Please join us to celebrate his life and legacy.
