Our dear friend Barbara Hoagland passed away on March 16th.

Celebrating the Life of Barbara Jean (Hoaglund) Faber

Barbara is a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a sister, an aunt and a friend.  Many of you have spent years basking in her bright light, absorbing her contagious smiles and laughing alongside her.  And today, we thank you for joining us in celebrating the sunshine that she will now leave behind.  A legacy of positivity, kindness and warmth.

Turquoise blue will feel brighter.  The three-seasons porch on Stony Lake will hold laughter in its walls.  And the family that now lives in the gray house on the hill may have no idea that there’s love filling every room.  The kind of love you can’t pack in boxes when you decide Minnesota weather is too cold for any human being.

We all consider ourselves incredibly lucky to have crossed paths with Barb.  We appreciate you joining us in celebrating the time that we have spent with her earthside.  And today we feel at peace knowing that there is one big smile, a hug that’s long overdue and possibly an egg cooked sunny-side up waiting for us when we see her again.

We would like to offer a special thank you to Hope Hospice in Fort Myers, Mary Lou Buss and the many friends and family that gave Barb comfort, support and smiles until her final day with us.

Barbara is survived by her husband Roger; sons Eric (Tata), Jay (Karri), daughter Angie (Jay), and grandchildren Payton, Ellie, Paige, Jack, Brock and Kendall.  Thank you.
