YOUNGSTOWN – There will be funeral services at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 26 at the Thompson Funeral Home, 4221 Market St., Boardman for Kurt John Engelhardt, 46, who died Saturday morning, Feb. 23 at Forum Health Northside Medical Center.
He was born on Aug. 3, 1961 in Youngstown, the son of John R. Engelhardt and Helen M. Wright Engelhardt.
He was a lifelong Youngstown resident and graduated from Boardman High School in 1981.
Kurt was a member of the Martin Luther Lutheran Church in Youngstown. He enjoyed music and attending concerts. Kurt was an avid Cleveland Indians fan.
Kurt is survived by his mother, Helen M. Engelhardt of Boardman and a brother, Kent J. (Beth Hargreaves) Engelhardt of Youngstown.
He was preceded in death by his father, John R. Engelhardt and brother, Karl J. Engelhardt.
