Bonnie and Jim were my neighbors in Glenford.Jim has been a great friend and we stay in touch.Their daughter Melissa and son David grew up with my kids and came to Florida for my son's wedding.They are great people,Bonnie would be very proud of them.Bonnie's younger sister,Maria has also since passed away,from cancer.Jim re-married and still lives in Glenford with his wife,Lisa.David is now my grandson Dominic's Godfather.
I am saddened by the news of Bonnie (and her sister) passing away. Bonnie and I would spend the night at each others house and sneak in the frig and eat strange food. It was delicious! She reminded me of a mouse and I would call her BB.
I hadn't thought of her in years because it was a friendship that just drifted apart but when we graduated I would see her around and we would chat like we were still the best of friends. It makes me appreciate those who have entered and exited my life, for whatever reason, and given me fond memories, fun times and giggles when the world needed them. Bless you Bonnie, I will miss you.
