John and I became best friends in fourth grade. After high school life took us in different directions but we would joke about getting together on the porch when we were old sharing stories, laughter and a few glasses of wine. John had a great sense of humor, he was also the best dance partner I ever had. He gave me strength, support and unwavering friendship for many years. For this I will always be thankful. John died June 23, 1989. A beautiful soul who was taken from us way too soon. He will never be forgotten and always in my heart.
