In Memory

Ron Bates

Ron Bates

Ronald A. Bates, 76, of Bothell, passed away peacefully in his sleep on July 7, 2022. Ron is survived by his son, daughter, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Ron loved sports, cars and his push truck days at the racetrack. He loved his two kids with all his heart and beamed with pride over them. He will be greatly missed and thoughtfully remembered by all those that had the gift of having him in their lives.

Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.floralhillslynnwood.com for the Bates family.

Ron was notably patriotic and proud to honor our veterans. The family welcomes donations to the Gary Sinise Foundation as an expression of sympathy instead of flowers. Memorial contributions can be made by visiting garysinisefoundation.org

Ron was a good friend, and a good friend to all.   He had a good heart and was one of the nicest people you could ever meet.  God bless your soul, Ron, and God bless your family and friends.

Sorry to hear that Ron Passed away.  We used to ride the bus together so many years ago.  we were good friends back then but lost touch after high school.  He was a real nice guy.  If I hadn't moved away after I got married, we probably would have seen each other occasionally.  RIP Ron, I know you will be missed by many.

Ronnie was one of the really good guys in our class. Little when he graduated, he got big later...I last saw him at the 10th reunion. We played basketball a lot in high school and he was very good for his size. His older brouther became a dentist and Ronnie was his brother's very good lab technician for a number of years. When anyone dies suddenly, like in their sleep, I have to wonder if they got vaccinated with the mRNA vaccine? I hope not.

I agree with what so many of you have said about Ron.  What a great guy, so what a great loss.  May God comfort his family.
