This message was sent to us from her brother Joe Buhler, BHS class of 1967.
"No obituary as she left her remains to science. There may be a service in Henderson, Nevada but won't be for several weeks.
Penny had a stroke and a blood clot was found on the brain. The operation was too much for her.
Died with family and friends in attendance."

Penny was a true friend all through our years at Anderson and BHS. I had lunch with Penny when I visited my sister Joyce in Henderson. Penny and I had a lot in common as we both were involved in the housing industry and the teaching of the rules and regulations that go along with property management. We both marveled about the difference from state. I was fortunate to attend a couple of her classes when I was new to the industry in Sacramento. She was a true inspiration, Penny will truly be missed.

Penny was such a joy to be around. I remember from when we were kids and we all went to her birthday party at their big red brick home. I remember her pretty red hair and her vibrant personality. Penny was an integral part of our class, sparkling personality and all, and will be thoroughly missed. God bless Penny's soul and God bless her loving family and friends. We love you Penny!
