Jim, boy, fun guy. Only knew him for two years at BHS. We cruised some together, had some party time. He played some good basketball. Most of all, he was always chilling. Liked him a lot. Then we graduated. I have never seen him since. Hopefylly some of you were able to at least talk to him. And now that cannot happen. sad i am happy that appears to have had a good life, doing what he wanted to do. RIP Jim. I hope to see you on the other side.

David

Jim and I not only shared our first names but shared many fun times. We lost track after high school. I was really fond of Jim. He was well liked by all. I was fortunate to have him as a friend. So sorry to see him go. My condolences to his family.

So sad.  to hear of Jim's passing. Jim and his family were neighbors of ours in Kenmore and he and my brother , RT, would play basketball and hang out. He surely left us too soon. Thoughts and prayers go out to the Ashe family.

Sad to hear of Jim's passing.  He was a class act, a great representative of our class.

May the Lord surround the family with His presence during their time of loss.

Jim was a good friend.  The leading scorer on our Bothell High School basketball team, with a great and very likeable personality, he was liked by everybody and he was a good friend to all.
We didn't hear much, if anything, from Jim after High School.  I did, however, have the pleasure of working with his Mom, Marjorie, at United States Fidelity & Guaranty.  What a delightful lady.  She was our  Executive Secretary.  A funny little story:  When I was named the youngest regional superintendent in the company, Marjorie told me that Jim said he should have gone into the bond underwriting business.  He was just kidding, of coarse, but that was the last time I heard of Jim.  In the meantime, he was becoming a successful radio broadcaster, producer, and continuing to enjoy sports, music, and the outdoors.

We are all so saddened to hear of the loss of our dear Jim, but thankful that he had a good life, doing what he enjoyed.  God bless his soul and God bless his family and all of his friends!

Sorry to hear of Jims Passing.  We were never close friends but I was always aware of his basketball playing and popularity in the class.  I am sure he will be missed by many family and friends.
