Jill Sidie was a magnificent girl, beautiful, elegant and so classy. She was a marvellous cheer leader for our football and basket ball teams but also a very good student, always ready to help me during that senior year. I suspect I had a crunch on her!! But she seems out of reach!!!
Her father was pharmacist on main street and a kind man. He told me many things on Bothell story when I met him
Jill suffered with great courage cancer, I had the privilege to see her in Vancouver Wash in 2005 the last year before she died and we exchanged letters until the last few months of her life. Among the last words she wrote me there were:"enjoy life as much as you can because it is so short.." I always remember them in time of difficulties.
Dear and splendid Jill, you were a star who still brightens our spirits!
