Dell Ellison

Linda Ellison is inviting you all to Dell Ellison's celebration of life on September 25th from 12 to 6 pm. It will be held at 41013 Dorman Rd. Goldbar 98251.

Dell Ellison passed away on August 23, 2021. After being hospitalized due to COVID-19, complications with pneumonia as well as Lukemia made his battle more difficult. He was placed in ICU in a medically induced coma after being hospitalized on August 11th. Once taken off the ventilator he wasn’t able to fight any longer. May he rest in peace. We'll miss you Dell and our thoughs and prayers are now with Linda.

So sorry to get this news of Del's passing.  Special thoughts to Lindia who has endured more than her share of grief these last couple of years.  Del was always a friend to all and one of the first students I met when I transferred to Northshore schools.

I am so sorry to hear about Dell's passing.  So sad to hear that Covid took him from us. Our hearts and prayers are with you Linda.  May our Lord bring you peace and understanding.  Dell was a wonderful friend, part of a gang of us guys and gals that would spend the periodic Friday nights and/or Saturdays together.  I remember, in the Fall some of us guys would gather at Norms to play touch football in the often muddy ball field. We would most often play with one of those tiny footballs not much larger than your fist.  One time Dell was playing quarterback, threw a pass to me, I lept to catch it, went down and slid in the mud right between two posts near the bleacher with just inches to spare on either side. Perfect pass by Dell, an inch or two farther or shorter might have sent me to the Doctors. Those were fun times at Norms.  Dell lived on the East side of Norms and I on the West so we saw alot of each other especially in the summers as we both worked for Norm.  Nice to have such fond memories of great times.

Sorry to hear of Dell's passing.  He and Linda were one of the few classmate couples I've met since graduation; thanks to Dwight Funai, I was able to attend a coffee klatch way back when....and they happened to be there.

Blessings to Linda and their family.

I am so sorry to hear of Dell's passing. His daughter that passed was a really good friend of my daughter. I remember Dell as quiet but strong. I wish his family the best during this time. It is never easy. I lost my husband in 2014 and his wife will need their friends and family during the upcoming months. It is when the lights go out and your in your thoughts that darkness can appear.  Blessing and prayers

So sorry to hear about Dell's passing.  I remember him as being quiet and easy to get along with.  My only contact with him was on the football team during our high school years.

We reconnected at the coffee klatches.  He shared about his family; they were first in his life.

My wife and I met him and Linda for dinner a few times and visited with them at their home in Bothell a couple of times.  Such a gracious couple.  Our heart goes out to Linda as she bears this pain after the loss of their daughter.

Dell was always interested in everyone and in how everyone was going on in their lives. I feal honored to have been in his life, he will truly be missed.

My sincere condolences to Linda and the family.

Rest in peace, Dell.

I worked with Dell at Norm's Resort during our high school days, traveled with him and Dwight Funai when visiting with Kathy (Brown) McKee in Mesa Arizona, Visited with him during our breakfasts at Jay's in Kenmore, shot black powder with him on the shooting range and got educated on the outfits that went with each type of flintlock--Dell wore "mountain man" attire and looked the part. He was a caring, gentle soul. Dell and Linda were a great pair, friendly and outgoing. I'll miss him.
