"The circumstances surrounding the shooting are not yet fully explained. The Army is conducting a full investigation to the shooting." No further information has been provided. Only "rumors" state that he was either killed in Berlin or "in Matnz--a city on the Rhine, 100 miles from France and 20 miles southwest of Frankfurt." (according to the same Bothell Citizen Article.)
