Sandy died of Cancer. She was married to Auggie Kempf. She had three sons, lived in Bothell, was a BOHOPI (Bothell Horizon Pioneer) and a loving Mother and Wife to her Family.
Sandy was always special to me. I started at Bothell in kindergarten. Then my not so nice Mother sent me away for two years to a catholic military school. When I came back to Bothell in the 9th. Grade, things were awkward for me. Janet Green held a party for the band at her home and Sandy went out of her way to put my mind at ease. Thank you Sandy and God bless you and my first and favorite trumpet instructor.
