She was born August 15, 1957 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Ray O. and Geessien Alberts Roberts. Married Jed Wheeler March 13, 1999 in Price, Utah. Marla was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- day Saints. She was a graduate of Viewmont High School in Bountiful Utah. Marla was the owner and operator of Roberts Floral where she was a floral designer. She enjoyed decorating homes and her crafts warmed the hearts of many. Marla had a special love for children and family. Survived by her husband, Jed Wheeler, Helper; parents, Ray O. (Geessien) Roberts, Helper; brother, Jan L. (Audrey) Roberts, Netherlands; sister, Patty (Matt) Hevelone, Price; many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral service, Saturday, November 17, 2012, 11:00 a.m. Helper LDS Stake Center. Family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street, Price) and at the Stake Center Saturday one hour prior to service. Interment, Mt.
