The world lost a great man this morning. Helpful, happy, outgoing, giving, all around true friend- Jake was loved and admired by so many. He held on and kept fighting til the very end. 

We want to thank everyone for visiting, messaging, sharing stories, and being there for him. His friends meant everything to him, and we know the constant love and support helped make his last adventure the best it could be.
