Jimmy was born November 5, 1978, along with his twin sister, Melinda, in Bountiful, Utah. He is a son of Randy C.and Melanie Burt Lewis. Jimmy was an Eagle Scout and had just completed his junior year at Bountiful High School. He was an avid golfer and loved fishing in Alaska with his brothers, Dad and Grandpa. He enjoyed doing things with his friends and loved them. Jimmy also had fun skiing with his sisters.Jimmy, you had a great wit and sense of humor. You made us laugh! We'll miss you! 

Jimmy Lewis, 17, passed away due to leukemia on July 11, 1996 in Primary Children's Hospital.
