Once again, Hello former class mates. Just to let you know that there was seven of us that was able to meet Saturday the 17th for lunch at the Rusty Farmer in Augusta, IL.  Those attending were Connie (Luft) McDermott, Debbie (Schultz) Moorman, Nancy (Paben) Kendrick, Diana (Witt) Verheyen,Jim Scott, and myself. We had a special surprise, Vickie (McNiel) Roberts was visiting family in the area and was able to attend. She lives in Cottonwood, AR.

We had a great meal, and enjoyed catching up. But was saddened to learn that another of our classmates has passed on. Dave Pierce recently passed away. I am not sure of the date, but am working on that and will post when I find out.

Now, down to business...We have set the date for the reunion for November 5th and 6th. At this point the location is still in Bowen, but this could change. All of the lockdowns and all has taken it's toll on some of the small business in our area and at this time the diner is struggling to stay open and this may mean finding another place to hold it.
