Nancy Lynn MacPherson, 56, of Bowie, Maryland passed away on October 31, 2017 after battling cancer for many years.

Born on March 8, 1961 in Washington D.C., Nancy was the daughter of Gordon MacPherson and Mary Bowie MacPherson. Nancy graduated from Bowie Senior High School (Class of 1979). Nancy was known as a person that would give you the shirt off her back and a laugh to brighten your day. Her wit and loyalty will never be forgotten.

Nancy is lovingly remembered by her partner of seventeen years Theresa DiGregory; Nancy's son Christopher MacPherson Banning (Danielle) and Theresa's daughter Danielle DiGregory; Nancy's brothers and sisters: Gordon MacPherson (Judy), Sandy MacPherson, Chet MacPherson, Jim MacPherson (Tish), Bonnie Kotler (Mitch). Nancy delighted in her one grandson Dylan Robert Banning. Nancy is also survived by sixteen nieces and nephews.

A memorial services will be held at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland on Monday, November 6, 2017 at 1:30 PM with a memorial gathering beginning at 1:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Anne Arundel Medical Breast Center at 2000 Medical Parkway, Suite 604, Annapolis, MD 21401 in memory of Nancy.
