Terry grew up in the K-section. He was one of the founding fathers of that party palace know as "The Pit". After graduating high school, he attended King's College in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Terry worked for the Department of Justice and owned a house on capital hill until his untimely death. Terry had a wonderful sense of humor, was a great friend and had a deep and abiding faith.
