Growing up, Jason and I had a number of sleep overs at each others house. I remember many early mornings waking with him and his parents to get to the rink for early morning hockey practice. Though I never played formal hockey I have grown to love it through my own son playing it...with many early morning and late night practices.
I do appreciate those memories of hanging with Jason and now seeing my own son enjoy the sport and my other two become rink rats like I was.
