Wallace James Farrell "Wally", of Braintree, passed away on Thursday, June 26, 2014 at age 66. Raised and educated in Quincy and Braintree, he graduated from Braintree High in 1965. A Vietnam War Veteran, US Navy, he worked for many years as a draftsman for Spears Engineering in Norwood. The beloved son of Rose M. (Marchetti) Farrell of Braintree and the late William Farrell, Wally was the father of Jodi Molloy and her husband John of Kingston, Brandon Farrell and his wife Stacy of Tampa, Fla. and Daniel Farrell and Lauren DeSimone of Weymouth; grandfather of Bryce, Connor, Jillian Molloy and Noah Farrell; loving brother of Susan MacIndewar and her husband William of Melrose. William Farrell and his wife Erin of Quincy and Joanne Sanderson and her husband Robert of Weymouth; and is also survived many nieces and nephews.

Wally was born in Quincy on 07 March 1948. Thank you for your service to our country Wally. I'm proud to have been a classmate and fellow shipmate.
Wally's remains interred in the Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
