2011 will celebrate 43 years of marriage to Jean. It also will be the completion of 42 years in the financial services business.

I have a masters degree in financial sciences. Doesn't mean I know a lot but may be a big suprise to those of you who knew me back at GPHS!

My bucket list fortunately is very small. I do want to go to the final four college basketball playoffs.

Somehow I have a successful income tax practice, investment advisory firm and represent 29 different insurance carriers. I have clients in several countries and many of the States. Could have retired a long time ago but I really enjoy doing the work, meetings with our clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Jean and I have traveled to Europe twice (I lived in Germany from 66-68). Been to Hawaii several times, hope to go back again soon. Have not been to all of the mid-west states but have been to all east and west coast states, including Alaska. My favorite city is Charleston, SC. Close second is San Francisco, CA. We have also traveled to Canada on several trips, 6 to Toronto, several to Vancouver and fishing in North Central Canada (Eva Lake).

I took a two year chemistry class when GPHS only had a one year program. Frank Tierney and I both failed the first year and had to take it again as seniors. If you remember the lab tables and Mr. Tabor, you could sit anywhere the first day of class. Well, Jean was a junior and we were dating at the time so naturally I sat toward the back of the room at the same lab table as Jean. Jean being the excellent student that she was did all of the homework. Art Flewelling, Ron Hennings and I all copied Jean's work and we all got B's.
