Hey y'all! I'm very excited and very nervous about seeing everyone...at least I don't think I'm alone! I truly love thinking about highschool and can't wait to see how much my beloved back campus has changed.

Forget the diets - who cares? I'm just going to see all those smiling faces that I've missed for the past 20 years!

See you soon!

Hey Everyone,

Well, I finally found a ticket that doesn't make me go to LA from Denver on route to Philly, so I'm there! So looking forward to it. Can't wait to hear all the stories, true and not, about ankle bracelets and death falls, etc. Everyone feel free to embellish liberally.
Cheers, Susan

20 years is a long time but my closest friends are still the ones from the CHURCH, the school and people we shared the greatest moments with. We all share connections to our youth that we will NEVER forget. This friday will be my birthday. Almost21 years ago is when everyone had my roast or sing on back campus. Something an 18 year doesn't forget. 3 weeks and counting. Yippie.

Hello All I can't believe it has been 20 years. I am not sure if I will make it or not Craig has to work and the boys have football and soccer games. I might make the trip to BA myself. Still up in the air since I will not be going away after all for business. If I don't make it all of you will be in my thoughts.

Hi All - sorry I won't be able to make it for the reunion. However, I did manage a quick visit to BA during the summer and am amazed at how much it has all changed! Hope you all have a great time!

Alright everyone I need some ideas on what I should say when I get up to present our class gift. so you all can chime in at Maggios or Jess and Lachs house and give me some input. I too have given up trying to lose any weight, I'm sure none of you care and you will just be exited to see me as I will you. See some of you tomarrow and the rest of you friday.

...shows how lame (...or busy or overwhelmed...) I am - I didn't YET get on this forum! However, I had a synapse occur and realized that I had the class song music somewhere, at least at some point - and miraculously just located it this afternoon - three hours before getting off to the airport! Will bring it just for fun! Looking forward to seeing everyone!

It was great to see those who made it to the reunion this weekend. To those who didn't, you were missed! Thank you to Rachel and all the members of the Planning Committee. Your hard work was really appreciated by all!

Incredible to see everyone and their families. Steph, can't get the peanut butter pie out of my sweater yet. TO THE ENTIRE PLANNIG CREW.. KUDOS TO YOU!!

For those of you who were not at the late late saturday event. I asked that more help be given to the future groups. Yeah wanted willem impeached but want to be charitable. The group busted their, well worked hard.

More chatter later....7 hours sleep for the entire weekend shows how much fun I had.

Everyone rallied so forget impeachment, just better communicaton

I agree with Rob, Will must be impeached. As for my late late Saturday crew, thanks for coming over. I want to Thank Rachel,Becky, Anika, Dain, Rich, Jessica, Anna, Shiela and Nina for all the work you did. Especially Rachel who headed up everything while pregnant, you were awsome. What a great weekend I forgot how much I miss everybody and when everyone left my house on sunday morning I was very sad, but then i went to bed.

Well, at the risk of being a wet blanket, given Grant's sermon Sunday morning, I want to reframe the Willem topic as "we miss you, and wish you were here with us," instead of "You suck, we're impeaching you." AND I agree that we need to make sure Rachel doesn't feel like she has to carry the burden of organizing this thing alone.

On a more positive note, I had SUCH A BLAST this weekend! So good to see all that made it into town - a weekend wasn't NEARLY enough time to reconnect with you all as much as I wanted to. To those who couldn't make it - we missed you, and hope to catch up again soon; this event really brought home for me just how much I value old friendships, and especially the chances to get a new connection with those I never really knew in school.

I like the idea floated (on a lot of beer!) at John's Saturday night (okay, Sunday morning) of leading into the 25th reunion with "Class Trip to DC II: Now We're Legal!" :D Who's in?!

Erin Alden (Sellner)

WOW! That was WAY better than I expected! So great to see everyone who came (I only wish there had been more of us)
Thank You Thank You Thank you to all of You local BA classmates for making it possible. You did a fantastic job!
ON the subject of impeaching the "boy pres." I think we should just all make sure to let Willem know what a great time we all had! And that whatever old bad memories or baggage He , or anyone is carrying around that prevented them from coming- Drop it, forget it!Build a bridge and get over it... WE all have ! ALMOST all of us have grown up and are quite excepting of where each other are in life after 20 years!
It really made me realize what a special thing ANC is and I am so glad my kids will have that too!
Peace
and if you are ever in Pittsburgh, give me a call!

I didn't want to come across as NEGATIVE...WE miss him and wished he could have been at the event. Rachel and crew had lots to do. As usual we all rallied and got it done. No hard feelings Will I just want the crew to not feel so overwhelmed. It took a lot out of them and we need to ensure this doesn't happy to them aain. A CHARITY THING(not going to quote scripture ok, that is dains job. HA HA )

DC sounds fun.....SO TAG DAIN YOUR IT!!! PLAN IT ALL OK!!!!

Robert

GReat to see everyone and the children keep getting bigger. NOT ENOUGH TIME TO CONNNECT WITH EVERYONE. Can't wait to see all the pics.

Hey People,

I was busy getting my goofy groove on out on the dance floor and missed saying good-bye to most people. It was really great to see you all - the connections were more immediately real and hilarious this time around. Everyone seemed to be relaxed and happy with nothing to prove. Made for much laughter and some great conversatons. I hope everyone travelled safely and hope our paths cross again soon.
Thank you so much for all who put so much work into this. Cheers, Susan

Hello All,

Thanks to everyone for a fabulous weekend. I have a smile on my face and tons of memories that will last for a long time. (Espcially thanks to Roscoe after his comments on Saturday night/Sunday morning!) I also want to add a big THANK YOU to the planning committee.

I also want to throw my vote in for the 25th reunion "DC II: Now that we are Legal." My brother Doug, who plans the Senior class trips now said he could help us with a great itinerary. With that being said, I could probably be persuaded to be on the planning committee for that....

Now that we have made these connections, let's not lose them.

Giggling just thinking about the weekend,

Bronwyn

Of course I was kidding about impeaching William I just wish he would have come out to the reunion thats all. I will help with our 25th, but, if I had a any good ideas on sunday morning please tell me as I have seem to forgotten some of them. I may have dosed off for a moment. I hope that I will see some of you that live in the area more often even if it is for coffee on a saturday morning. The bond that our class has is amazing, I'm just glad to be apart of it. Go Phils!

I took a few hundred pics during the course of the weekend. I am going to put together a video for everyone to share -- but I would like to include other pictures too.

If anyone took any pictures of classmates, their children, campus buildings, etc., please send them to me at richschiffer@gmail.com

To Rachel, the Planning Committee and all those who were attended,

Thanks everyone, for making this reunion happen. My only regret is not having more time to visit with people but loved seeing all that showed up. It was so fun to have our paths cross again. Hopefully this will inspire the MIA's to attend the next one - do I dare say 30th!

Cheers to all,
Nellie

We don't have to wait unitl the 30th, we could have a rockin time at our 25th and I won't have a baby this time!

It was great seeing everyone and I too only wish that we had more time.

10/15/08 03:15 PM #55

Becky Rogers (Henderson)

You guys all rock. It was, like, totally awsome!
Thanks, Rach, for your awsomeness. You were incredible, and I, for one, couldn't have asked for a better leader.

I definitely wish that I could have caught up with more of you, and LOVED the times I had with the ones I did catch up with.

I think a totally-legal 25th reunion in DC - the way it SHOULD have been done would be kick butt. I'll be the treasurer - NOT! Ok....so I want us to have a 25th badly enough that I might be pursuaded to do it again....maybe....if enough bling, bling is involved.

To John, and all you late-night crew at Roscoe's house. THANK YOU! I haven't laughed that hard and that long in like forever. John, you may not want to be reminded of exactly what you did say...but thanks for it anyway.

You all make me smile. Thanks for the memories and here's to making more soon!

Becky, I am very proud of all outragous things that I say. It's not that I forgot I just did not let it sink in that much. I was more just so happy to have all of you at my house that I just about cried when you all left. I just hope for the people that are in the area that we get together more often. Yes to D.C. and lets do it right, go full on touristy.
