SHEEHAN - Gerald Kevin Of Buffalo, NY; passed away on February 2, 2011; at Hospice of the Valley-Ryan House, Phoenix, AZ, after a lengthy illness. Kevin was born on July 21, 1954, the son of Gerald F. and the late Lois M. (Gillon) Sheehan of Lancaster, NY. Kevin graduated from Riverside High School after spending 3 years at Bishop Fallon. He lived in California, Hawaii, and Arizona and is survived by his wife, Linda (Block) Sheehan. They married in 1974 in Honolulu, HI. Kevin is also survived by his daughter, Christina and granddaughter, Jasrael (Honolulu, HI); his brothers, John M. (Pendleton, NY), Terrance W. (Katy, TX), and sister, Karen S. Bierk (Cave Creek, AZ). Kevin had a passionate interest in sports (Buffalo Bills, Boston Celtics, NY Yankees) and music (Led Zeppelin.) He was a top athlete, spiritually guided, fun-loving, and most proud of his Irish heritage. Memorials in Kevin's name to Hospice appreciated.

Kevin was among my oldest friends in the world. He was always unassuming and peaceful in nature. Never spoke ill of people. Never started fights. Kevin was also the best natural athlete I ever knew, even though he never went out for sports. He was the best in every sport he played. I have heard over the years that Kevin was in trouble.
