Philip Lon Stephenson, 39, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2010. Visitation: For the Stephenson/Carson family and friends, 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Laurel Land Burleson. For the White family and friends, 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Laurel Land Burleson. Philip was born March 4, 1971, in Fort Worth. He was a light-hearted spirit who never met a stranger. Philip enjoyed hunting, fishing, and was a great cook, the king of barbecue in our family. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Francis Stephenson. Survivors: Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 10 years, Jeannie Palmer; daughters, Katy, Krystal and Skylar; his parents, Richard Stephenson of Atlanta, Ga., and Nancy Carson of Burleson; his brother, Paul Stephenson of Burleson; grandparents, Lon and Margaret Carson, Burleson and Bettye Stephenson of Fort Worth; and many uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
