*JIM CHAMNESS* A MAN THAT WILL ALLWAYS MISSED,REMEMBERED, AND REVERED.I WAS GREATLY SADENED TO HEAR OF HIS UNTIMELY DEPARTURE.HE WAS ONE TO ALLWAYS GIVE HIS ALL TO EVERTHING HE DID.HE TRICKED US INTO BEING OUR BEST THROUGH ACADEMIC AND PHYSICAL CHALLENGES.HE BELIEVED IN US ALL.I REMEMBER SOCCER IN AN AFTERNOON INSTEAD OF WORK,BECAUSE THE WHOLE CLASS PASSED A TEST.HE WAS ABLE TO GET US TO WORK TOGETHER,DESPITE OUR DIFFERANCES.I TRY TO MAKE THE CANCER WALK AT THE HIGH SCHOOL EACH YEAR AND LITE A LUMINARY IN MEMORY.HE STILL INSPIRES ME TO BE ALL I CAN,AND IM GREATFULL THAT I GOT SOME OF HIS TIME.
Nicely said John. I forgot all about the afternoon soccer games. That was the best. I do remember him challenging us to lunch time basketball games for an ice cream. He was the best teacher ever.
I just wanted to say what a great time I had with all of you. I loved how there was no negativity from anyone and all was just happy to be there and hang out. Thanks to all of you for making my weekend memorable. I look forward to seeing you all very soon! Stacy
