Megan Nicole Carroll, 21, passed away Monday, December 25, 2006, following a tragic car accident. She was born February 17, 1985, in Norfolk, Va., to Timothy G. and Kelly (nee: Mattocks) Carroll. Megan moved to Burlington in 1988. She was a graduate of Burlington High School and received her CNA License from Gateway Technical College. Megan worked at Geneva Lake Manor and Capelli's Trackside-Skate Barn. Following her love of horses, Megan also worked at the stables. She was a former Racine County Girl Scout and loved children and working with the community.
