I knew Walt since the 3rd grade. We both lived on Highfield Road and walked to Lyndora School together. Probably drank my first beer with him. He also told me to join the Class of 66 website. Had fun shooting the bull with him at the reunions. Will miss him. RIP.

When the British kids showed up at Butler High, (Beatlemania), Walt would mimic their accents all day long. It was hilarious to hear him say something with a British flair. Me, Walt and Fetz (Dennis Fecich) would pal around together fixing our old cars. Good memories from Highfield.

  • Good Ole' Walt. Great memories of Walt throughout Lyndora Elementary School, especially Mr. Cunningham's 6th grade class.  High school trig class with Mr. Cammisa.  Double dating and seeing the Rolling Stones at the Civic Arena.  Recently connecting with him at Alumni Reunion, (thanks Paula).  Walt will especially be missed by the Lyndora/ Highfield Class.  Walt was a free spirit and admirable friend.  See you later, buddy.  Bill P.
