David G. Swartzlander, 50, of Fenelton died at 2:11 a.m. Wednesday at his home.
Born Oct. 11, 1956, in Butler, he was the son of Alfred Dale Swartzlander and Adaline Mae Miller Swartzlander.
He worked for the family business, Swartzlander Ready Mix. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching racing, and riding his Harley.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah L. "Dee" Hockenberry Swartzlander, whom he married Jan. 1, 1998, of Fenelton; his parents of Fenelton; a sister, Mrs. Randy (Agnes) Neupert of Worthington; a brother, John Swartzlander of Fenelton; three nieces, and a great-nephew.
He was preceded in death by a brother.
SWARTZLANDER— Friends of David G. Swartzlander, who died Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Friday at the Young Funeral Home, 137 W. Jefferson St. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. John Speck of Worthington Presbyterian Church officiating.

Burial will be in the Greenlawn Burial Estates.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 320 Bilmar Dr., Pittsburgh, PA 15205.
