David Green, 76, of Butler, passed away Monday, Sept. 4, 2023.
He was born in Butler on Jan. 9, 1947, and was the son to the late Howard and Pauline (Baughman) Green.
He served his country honorably during Vietnam in the U.S. Army. David was known for being very intelligent, free-spirited, and a good brother and friend. He was a member of the American Legion, East Butler Firehall, Italian Club and Moose Club. He loved line dancing, playing cards, golfing and riding motorcycles.
David was the brother of Greg Green and Justin (Sherri) Green; and uncle of Angela, Jamie, Jason, Jeremy and Adam. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Carol Geibel.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Howard and Wayne Green; and his sister-in- law, Eileen (Sinz) Green.
GREEN - Family and friends of David Green, who died Monday, Sept. 4, 2023, will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler. A blessing service will immediately follow in the funeral home.
