Rachel Melanson Porter

What have I been up to? Let's see...I have been married since 1992 to a great guy. Had a full-time job as a legal secretary which I quit when I moved to the lovely little town of Orange in 2005. Since then, I tried to do the stay at home mom thing and pulled my hair out from bordom. I found a little part-time job driving a school bus. You got to love a job that lets you have the summer off!!

I spent so much time in school trying to fly unnoticed by everyone that I really don't have too many good memories. The one that sticks out in my head the most was flying across the cafeteria to jump at Mark Beland and give him a hug. I have known him since I was like 10. He graduated in the early '80s and was on leave from the service. I can remember a bunch of girls looking at me funny asking me how I knew him. I think for the first time ever, I was the envy of another girl!! lol
