That field claimed my hubcaps!

Hey Kerrie, don't forget about the wiring hanging down from the dash. That's what happens when you let Steve Barnes drive your car. LOL

Kerrie- TOO freaking funny...I looked at your posting and immediately thought about Paul's party. I remember Roger P and I driving your lead-sled car in the field and cannot belive it survived! Too funny- I am peeing in my pants as we speak!! You look great and I cannot wait to see everyone. 20 years- WE SURVIVED!

Ah, yes. Roger. He did leave me a surprise in the floor of the back seat, now, didn't he? I had to drive home with all of the windows down to get away from the stench! Anyone know what has become of our Mr. Roger P? Here's another memory. Was it just me or did we have approx 15 minutes as soon as the bell rung to fly to Hardees, eat and be back in the school before open lunch ended?

Mike...Congrats to the Lowe's #48 team!! That took some grande huevos to make that call...I can only imagine how tight Chad's sphincter was for those last couple laps. I'm not sure which one of you guys was crunching the numbers behind the wall, but great call!!!

OK, the initial excitement has worn off as I await more classmates to update. I'll admit it, MB, I check every day. So, I thought I'd get a new convo going. I write this as Def Leppard plays on my computer and, imagine that, I thought of high school! HUGE 80's baby, anyone else? Admit it, Dexies Midnight Runners, Michael (when Michael looked like Michael), my beloved Def Leppard, Bon Jovi, The Hooters, Journey, they all throw me back to a time when we had respect for our elders, pants were worn up to our arm pits rather than down to our knees and our innocence was wasted driving from BK to Acme (heck, with gas prices today, who can afford to do that?) Dippity-do was in everyones bathroom, the Chevy SS ruled the parking lot, Mr Camper made you laugh and Busick was just plain cool. The 80's truly were innocent and obliviously lost in fashion. Lets pray that our kids know such a time, society just scares me now (or is that getting old? Either way...)

Well if you remeber I just wanted to really get out of school. So I leave the number crunching to the one's with the certificates on the wall. I just do the dumb part. Really looking forward to see everyone in a couple of months. Its been a while for me since we missed the 15 yr. Should be a good time aslong as Murphy doesn't take us to Gentlemen Joe's afterwards.

Yeah, high school is a bit of a blur for me :) Sorry I will not be attending the reunion but I will be back in the states from June 7th through the middle of July if anyone would like to get together and catch up. Kerrie, I think I am going to make you a cd of more "recent" music ;)

Tracy, leave me my 80's! These days its either 80's or Kids Bop, cut me some slack!!

Enough of the 80's bashing...geez...wonder what would be said if anyone saw me mowing my yard last week? There I was, checkered Van's, Ocean Pacific painters cap, listening to Gun's & Roses, "Sweet Child of Mine" on my Walkman cassette player! I for one embrace my past like a Members Only jacket on a chilly afternoon. :) Ha, Ha!!! Btw...the Impala wasn't the only "General Lee" impersonator out on the farm that night...I for one remember a beastly black Camaro taking a few left hand turns around the field as well! Everyone have an ENJOYABLE & SAFE Memorial Day weekend and I'll see ya in July!!

Whats really sad is when your kids play the music of the 80's and call them oldies. Owww that hurts.

Got the invite and it is so cute! Great job on them, very neato, rad, awesome - pick one to fit which ever decade you may be stuck in. (Yes, I am the pot calling the kettle black!)

Just a FYI- Elizabeth VanDyke Horton designed the invitations, so you can give her kudos when you see her at the reunion !!!!

Patrice Arnold (Haskell)

I agree with Jennifer it is so sad when children today call the 80's music the oldies. Now I know how my mom felt when we referred to the 60s music as oldies. I am really looking forward to seeing the few people I met while attending CSD and meeting the ones I didn't meet 20 years ago. My kids hate it when I listen to my 80's wait until my daughter sees my prom dress I saved just for her LOL.
Thanks again Mike and Sandy for taking the time to find those of us who were lost:)

Hello everyone... Marybeth, this is a great website. It is so nice to see everyone doing so well. That moment when we all walked out of CSD doors, I knew we were all destined for greatness. Hope to see everyone at the reunion.

HAPPY FOURTH !!!!! Well we are getting closer to the big event. Hope everyone is having a great summer so far. I just want to Thank everyone that has helped in anyway from those of us that were looking for classmates to the officers that held the planning meeting and those who sold the raffle tickets so we can have a great 20 year reunion. I was sent a Daily Banner back in May that had a picture of my Dad's 57th class reunion. I always thought that was neat to see a picture of his fellow classmate on his wall at the house. Do we have anyone lined up to do a group photo? If anyone needs anything please e-mail me. Thanks Again and be ready to listen to some off what they now call classics.

It is really refreshing to view the profiles of all of our classmates and see that everyone has made such major and life changing accomplishments...it will be great to reconnect after 20 years...I can hardly believe it has been that long...of course, my children keep reminding me that I am getting old while they are counting the many gray strands that they have taken a very active role in helping to create:)...hope to see everyone in a couple of weeks....God Bless

I just love this website Marybeth! I wish more people would sign on. I have to admit, I am terrible with computers or anything with a motor, but I love to see what everyone is up to. It's fun to show what I've done the past month! So sorry I didn't make the reunion, but it seems as though it was a great time. Does anybody know what happened to Tim Schawb? And Wendy and Suzi, you guys need to sign on!!!!!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!

GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!!

JILL
