NEW BERN - Sue Ann Ordiway, 48, of New Bern, died Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2010, at her residence.
Sue loved children and they loved her.
Survivors include two brothers, Mark J. and Alison Ordiway of Canandaigua, N.Y., and Paul J. and Laurie Ordiway of Canandaigua, N.Y.; nieces and nephews, Robbie, Kaitlyn, Tyler, Mindee, Jacob and Cassandra, all of Canandaigua, N.Y.; two uncles, David and Connie Ordiway of Vanceboro and Lewis and Bettie Ordiway of New Bern; and one aunt, Virgil Ordiway of New Bern.
Services will be held at Cotten Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, Feb. 15, 2010, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. John Clark officiating. Inurnment will follow at Gospel Outreach Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society at 930 B Wellness Drive, Greenville, NC 27834.

Liz ditto. I too recall the good ole days at St.Mary's and our girl's basketball team. Sue and I used to hang out after school as well, trying to avoid a long lecture from a few nuns. Kind of lost touch though over the years. I can't believe this!! Way to young. My heart bleeds for her family. May she rest in peace and be surrounded by angels.
