margie was truly my best buddy in the whole world we were in touch until she passed. our last visit was up at lake erie hanging with my cousins.
we spent a lot of time primping in her room and changing hair colors for moe and hiding the evidence with "the scarf" pretended curlers. her dad went to work early and came home late so. she pulled it off for at least a year! i remember when her little sister was born and i got to hold linda. i am now in touch with linda on a regular basis and we always remember margies birthday and the fun we used to have at mill creek park. she had older cousins who shared KOOL.......hand me downs. we took turns wearing many of the same outfits......
her cousin's husband worked for WFMJ and we would request rock n roll songs. she would help me with math and i would help her with art projects. i never got the math but she became quite proficient with her tole painting. ron her husband was an oldie but goodie officianado and he played oldies 24/7 i think of her often and ask her to help me when i go to cut my own hair she gives me advice. margie was a beautician and frosted my hair once and it turned orange so then we softened it and my hair fell out! that's what good friends are for. i wore "the scarf" until my hair grew back! i miss you moe!luvu always , claudia=;=
