Sarah Ann Stratton, age 64, of Beloit, Ohio, died Tuesday at Salem Community Hospital. Sarah was born Feb. 7, 1943, in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of Isabelle Pollock Mellinger and the late Robert Mellinger.  She retired from Omnicor as office manager and formerly was employed at Stratton Chevrolet as office manager. She graduated from Canfield High School in 1961 and attended Hiram College. Sarah was a Harley Davidson enthusiast who enjoyed bike riding, cross-stitching, crocheting, macramé, and oil and watercolor painting. She was very creative and artistic. She loved to be home with her husband, children and grandson. She is survived by her husband, Don L. Stratton; a daughter, Michele Stratton (John) Barrett; a son, Don Jr. (Theresa) Stratton; a grandson, Dirk Stratton; her mother, Isabelle Mellinger of Boardman; and a sister, Susan Bellinger of Canfield.
