WOW, what a great time had by all.  Fabulous weather and even better company.

Started out the reunion at The Hitching Post and there was about 70 in attendance with a few "crashers" from other classes.  Excellent turn-out.  Lots of beer, a little pool and a lot of good conversation.

Saturday morning, a group went to play golf at the Cashmere Golf Course and had a "sevensome."  Great time was had by all

Saturday afternoon, BBQ with about 40 in attendance.  Some of us were running a little slow, but it was still awesome.

Awards given out at the reunion presented by Ed Brown were as follows:

The Breeders Cup for the person with the most children:  The award was a bottle of asperin and since there were several people with three children, it was agreed that Chris Barnhart "probably" has the most children.....most of them that no one knows about :)

The Breeders Cup Next Generation for the person with the most granchildren:  Don Weedman took home a picture frame for the grandkids next photo.

The Class Sweetheart Award for the person married to a fellow classmate the longest:  Rick & Sharon Cox have been together 20 some years and left with a bottle of wine.

The Ward and June Cleaver Award for the classmate married the longest:  Alicia White-Smith and Don Smith have also been married over 20 years and took home a bottle of wine as well.

The Lassie Come Home Award for the classmate that travelled the farthest to the reunion:  Cindy Love travelled from Texas and received an atlas to pack in her luggage back home.

The Gullivers Travel Award for the person who has moved the most:  Also, to Miss Love....Good grief, the girl has been everywhere and for that she recieved a change of address kit.

The Evil Kenival award for the person with the most dangerous job:  Cindy's husband Greg is a lineman for a power company and received a will kit in honor of his work.

The Biggest Lottery Winner for the person winning the most in the lottery:  This is a toss up.  Tom Floyd says that he won $500, but they took it and applied it to back child support.  I don't know who ended up taking home the $2 lottery ticket prize.

The Racquel Welsh award for the female least changed since High School:  Nicole Monroe got a brand new M & M bank with lady M & M posting pretty on the top.

The Dick Clark Award for the male least changed since High School:  Jeff Kenoer and he got the male version of the same piggy bank, of course with a handsome dude M & M.

The Agoraphobia award for the person living closest to the high school:  Mike Thiess lives within a mile and he recevied a map of Western Washington so that he can get out a little.

The Kenny Rogers award for the person with the most gray hair:  Hands down to Jack Gregor and he was presented a bottle of crazy orange hair color.

The Stimulous Award for the person who spent the most on a college education:  Rick Sanders has had nine years of college and is now back for his MBA.  He got the game of life!

I have posted some pictures and would encourage others to do so.  Also, if I can get some feedback on whether you think this website is a good idea, that would be helpful.  I am happy to pick up the cost if there is a consensus that it is beneficial.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Lisa and I wanted everyone to know how great it was to see everyone at the reunion. We had a great time at the Hitching Post, golf in the morning and the BBQ at Don and Teri's house.

A special thanks to Don and Teri for organizing this event and for openning up their home to all of us.

I do have video of the awards ceremony. If anyone wants a copy, email me at coachbarney@cox.net, and I would gladly email you a copy.
