Mitchell Monroe Berry, Jr., 57, of Pensacola, Florida passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2020.

He had a kidney/pancreas transplant 10 years ago that failed. He developed cancer. Started dialysis and had those organs removed and in the process the surgeon nicked his bladder. In the past few years he started losing parts of his limbs. Fingertips, toes, foot and then eventually bilateral below the knee amputation. He developed sepsis 1/8/2020 that vegetated behind his heart. He was worn out and I told him it was ok to go and Tell daddy hello.

He really enjoyed his life and enjoyed working. He always had a great outlook on life and truly believed he was invincible. He beat the odds many times with his illness and should have passed years ago, but he kept pushing and always pulled through. He went down hill quickly after our dad died and was very sad. I talked him into moving to Pensacola Fl so he could enjoy the sunshine and fishing. Plus I could keep my eye on him.
