Ken died in 2006. He left behind three sons Michael, Palmer, and Sam and a daughter named Kendra from two marriages. He graduated from Rensselaer Polytech and soon thereafter began working for the McDonalds Corporation. John Davis, who was Ken’s first cousin, noted that Ken was very successful there due in no small part to his personality and sense of humor. Before the age of 50, Ken owned two McDonald restaurant franchises in the Chicago area.
